Our Speed, Agility, and Quickness program incorporates plyometrics, speed drills, strength training, coordination and balance, as well as mobility and flexibility movements.

This exciting, fast-paced Fitness Enrichment Program features a variety of unique games and fitness activities suitable for all fitness levels. It's all about age-appropriate fun! Participants will learn the correct exercise techniques and enhance their strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility all while having an amazing time.
Our UNIQUE & EXCITING will introduce your kidz to Fitness & Sports 101 in a Non-competitive FUN environment filled with -
