Keeping Them Moving Through Exciting Structured Physical Fitness Enrichment Programs
Your kids will experience an introduction to many sports, fitness & stretching techniques in a Youth Strength Conditioning Certified Coach,
who held a N-6th Teacher's Certificate, environment.
There will be a whole lot of running, jumping, hoping, kicking, tumbling, throwing balancing & so much more with lots of giggles in each class.
We provide all the Equipment and Props &
Registration Forms for the Parents to Sign-up their kiddos.
Parents can pay for the Fitness Enrichment Class or the facility/school.
This program provides Parents with a safe, age-appropriate, convenient, affordable & fun way for their children to get their daily structured exercise while teaching them healthy habits to last a life time.
This added benefit to your facility's programs will focus on helping your kids enhance their strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, self-confidence, team work and social skills.
We incorporate motor planning skills, fine & gross motor skills, through Structured Physical Fitness. HTS's In-House Fitness Enrichment Programs move quickly through different activities to keep your little one's attention.
